1. Partial Payment for COD Orders

We offer a 30% partial payment option for Cash on Delivery orders. This amount is collected in advance and is non-refundable in case of order cancellation.

2. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dislike of the product.

3. In Case of Wrong Item / Size / Color or Defect

If there’s an issue from our side – such as:

• Wrong color or size sent

• Manufacturing defect

• Damage during delivery

• Clear pictures of the product & packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Our support team will verify and arrange a suitable resolution (replacement or store credit).
